The ability to effectively communicate with Large Language Models is fast becoming the single most important skill to have, and there is little doubt it is already starting to distinguish between winners and losers in the workplace. The danger of losing out to AI is real. But if we use it correctly, it can in fact help us become better at thinking and to make better decisions.

This course is intended for all those who want to explore and take advantage of this new technology and the opportunities it offers to improve qualitative decision making.

In the course you will learn how to do this, through effective prompting based on the fundamentals of the Theory of Constraints Thinking Processes. The course covers the basics of qualitative logical analysis and decision making and the fundamentals of prompting AI for valid responses on logic. You will go through a range of practical examples and hands-on assignments. When you finish, you should have a good understanding of how to take advantage of AI to enter a virtuous cycle of augmenting your own ability to make better decisions and solve problems faster and more effectively.
